I Love To Sleep
My favorite expeirence over Winter Break was the fact that I could sleep in all I wanted to. Boy did I sleep. I probably got more sleep over winter breal then I did all year long. Sleep is the best thing to do when you are bored and have nothing to do. Sleep also has some health benefits to it. Sleep keeps your heart healthy, helps prevent cancer, reduces your stress levels, reduces inflamation, bolster yout health, prevents memory loss, helps you lose weight, makes you smarter and leaves you less tired the next morning. But guess what, IM STILL TIRED!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
